Dhanushka has over 10 years of experience across tech entrepreneurship, private equity, strategy and equity research. Prior to joining Emerald Fund, he worked with private equity firm, Ironwood Capital Partners. He also co-founded Insure.lk, a pioneer online insurance company in Sri Lanka. Dhanushka's other past experiences include research and strategy roles at JL Morrison PLC and Acuity Knowledge Partners (formerly known as Moody’s Analytics). He holds a BEng. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London and an MSc. in Finance and Management from Loughborough University, UK.

Prior to joining NDB Zephyr, Charuka worked as an Analyst at Acuity Knowledge Partners, a global knowledge outsource provider. He holds a BBA in Finance from University of Colombo. Charuka is currently pursuing an MBA and Chartered Accountant qualifications in Sri Lanka.
